Solaris Volume Manager: How to resize soft partition on metaset

I have d12 soft partition inside oraset metaset. oraset is composited as follow :

# metastat -s oraset
oraset/d12: Soft Partition
Device: oraset/d100
State: Okay
Size: 372496889 blocks (77 GB)

for resize soft partion i have i tried this:

metattach -s oraset d12 all
oraset/d12: Soft Partition has been grown

# growfs -M /archive01 /dev/md/oraset/rdsk/d12

After this , d12 is changed from 77 gb to 177 gb , as follow:

      Hi,
      sorry for late reply but i was very busy in these days!
      You can do:

      1) Acquire the LUN ( cfgadm / devfsadm )
      2) Insert the LUN or the DID ( depends if your system is clustered run scgdevs or not ): metaset -s s8-emt68ka -a /dev/rdsk/disk or /dev/did/rdsk/did
      3) metattach -s s8-emt68ka d40 all
      4) growfs -M /mount_point /dev/md/s8-emt68ka/rdsk/d40
